162ND AVE INFILL CONCEPT
Site 2 is a 0.77-acre site on SE 162nd Avenue due east of the Rosewood Initiative. The redevelopment concept for Site 2 includes three-and-a-half floors of residential (89 units plus indoor/outdoor amenities) with a ground-floor commercial space activating SE 162nd Avenue. STARK STREET INFILL CONCEPT
Site 3 is a ~1-acre mid-block site on SE Stark, due north of the Rosewood Initiative. The redevelopment concept for Site 3 proposes four-and-a-half floors of residential (122 units plus indoor/outdoor amenities) as well as a ground-floor commercial space activating SE Stark Street. (Note: This quick study was done as a conceptual exercise only and does not represent an actual or planned redevelopment proposal.)
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING CONCEPT
Site 4 is a 0.6-acre publicly-owned site located adjacent to the MAX light rail stop at SE 162nd and Burnside. The redevelopment concept for Site 4 proposes a permanent supportive housing program with two levels of studio apartments and on-site services, including resident services (e.g., clinic, case management, etc.). It also features a second-story open space for residents and a ground-floor commercial space activating the Transit Plaza on SE Burnside Street. CORNER MIXED-USE CONCEPT
Site 5 is a 0.6-acre site at the corner of SE Stark and 160th, due west of The Rosewood Initiative. The redevelopment concept for Site 5 proposes three floors of residential (60 units plus indoor/outdoor amenities) as well as a ground-floor commercial space activating SE Stark Street.
